If you just want to be productive, you could also bring a lot of books or downloaded tutorials on a drive.   3.The only way I've come across to document the amount of time spent is to use timesheets or time tracking softwares. Some examples of time tracking softwares are Toggl, Hubstaff, and Time Doctor.
