To add to this, zazzle.com (I'm sure there are others that will too) will print and trim to a custom size. Give yourself .5"/1cm more than you need. Frames have extra space on purpose. Have you looked at make it British or sqetch. They’re a good place to start, and make it British used to have a trade show in London once a year. Depending what you’re looking for, if it’s t-shirts, Tee mill are an ethical brand that the BBC uses. Source: over 1 year ago
Teemill (UK based) let's you set up a store on their platform and sell POD via that. They claim to be big on sustainability too which is always a goof point in my books.
