And if you snip the best parts of it into shorts, viewers can find you organically that way too.

  • Recovering an Agilent 2000A/3000A Oscilloscope with Corrupt Firmware NAND Flash
Curious Marc[1] works on a lot of old HP test equipment, and he’s also a Silicon Valley native, frequent contributor to the Computer History Museum, and his channel features an HN regular, Ken Shirriff, who can reverse engineer everything from vintage Russian Soyuz components to uncapped IC packages. 1. https://youtube.com/@curiousmarc?si=pHOewmmWbDDmSSZb. - Source: Hacker News / about 19 hours ago

  • Erica Synths DIY Prototyping Breadboard
Moritz Klein is the reason I got into synths, his YouTube videos[0] are a really accessible intro. I’m super excited for this, we need more accessible prototyping platforms/tools. I ended up going down that rabbit hole myself a few months ago and built this[1] but it would be a pain to commercialize. • Tesla's FSD – A Useless Technology Demo
Well if their sales grow exponentially you might be correct, but I’m not sure that’s the case. I’ve seen some pretty impressive videos on this channel: https://youtube.com/@aidrivrclips?si=dYOXOhn5cdGDpWmh. - Source: Hacker News / 5 days ago

Here’s mine: https://youtube.com/@chadobear I have a repo with some of the stuff I use to produce my videos, too: https://gitlab.com/crgk/chadobear-monorepo/-/tree/main/studio?ref_type=heads It’s very sloppy and hacky and maybe(?) more interesting to this audience than the videos themselves. - Source: Hacker News / 12 days ago

  • Show HN: Mapping almost every law, regulation and case in Australia
It is really cool and useful. Interesting that you were able to gather enough data from users to make it work. I guess it was much less useful in the beginning? I thought of making something similar with data from https://musicbrainz.org/. - Source: Hacker News / 3 months ago
  • apostrophes ’ vs '
What do you use to tag your music? I imagine if you use a consistent piece of software (mp3tag, musicbrainz picard), they're going to do it the same way. Or for example, maybe musicbrainz.org allows people to enter metadata in their database in UTF-8, so it's possible you might get different answers from there even though you're using a standard piece of software. I imagine something like picard could use a search... Source: 7 months ago
  • HD Sour Album Cover?

  • Music Streaming Server that works with folders ?
When it comes to MusicBrainzPicard, it pulls data directly from https://musicbrainz.org/. If you are finding music you have that isn't listed in the database, you could help out by contributing to the database so that everyone gets access to that music. Source: 12 months ago
  • Where’s everyone going for the protest? Low key sweating because Reddit is my fav Kpop space.
While this doesn't help with replacing the discussion you get on reddit, might I suggest people spend some time contributing to their favourite artists on https://musicbrainz.org/ ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Musicbrainz )? Many services & apps use MusicBrainz data, so you could help your favourites by making sure the information for their entries on MusicBrainz is as complete and accurate as possible!
