To be honest, YouTube is not only a platform where you can watch /download the video ,but a wonderful field where you can share and grow personally and help oher people to flourish through sharing your vision , art ,creativity ,etc.
I like the idea of YouTube serving as a search engine and an entertaining feat

Moritz Klein is the reason I got into synths, his YouTube videos[0] are a really accessible intro. I’m super excited for this, we need more accessible prototyping platforms/tools. I ended up going down that rabbit hole myself a few months ago and built this[1] but it would be a pain to commercialize. Well if their sales grow exponentially you might be correct, but I’m not sure that’s the case. I’ve seen some pretty impressive videos on this channel: https://youtube.com/@aidrivrclips?si=dYOXOhn5cdGDpWmh. - Source: Hacker News / 4 days ago
Here’s mine: https://youtube.com/@chadobear I have a repo with some of the stuff I use to produce my videos, too: https://gitlab.com/crgk/chadobear-monorepo/-/tree/main/studio?ref_type=heads It’s very sloppy and hacky and maybe(?) more interesting to this audience than the videos themselves. - Source: Hacker News / 11 days ago
Highly recommend this guy’s channel, he livestreams building a Vulkan game engine and he has a crazy style too https://youtube.com/@tokyospliff?si=CMF53295xeETykbP. - Source: Hacker News / 13 days ago
This is the basic idea, but there are other apps which can make it easier. I prefer using Audio Hijack for the EQ part and sending it to a pass-through device set up in Loopback (which, for this use case, functions the same as BlackHole). Source: 9 months ago
- Audio Hijack (also by Rogue Ameba) so I can record myself, the soundboard, and QuickTime all to individual .aiff files. Source: 12 months ago
Another option that has been around for a long time. https://rogueamoeba.com/audiohijack/. Source: about 1 year ago
Definitely doable though might point to Rogue Amoeba re: implementation/execution particularly: SoundSource, Loopback & Audio Hijack. Source: about 1 year ago
If you want to record application-specific audio (like from a game but not from Spotify) then it’s more complicated. Audio Hijack is a good app for this: https://rogueamoeba.com/audiohijack/. Source: about 1 year ago
