  • I wish there was a black screen option for all youtube videos
    There is an app called Youtube Vanced that gives you the benefits of premium without paying (so no ads, able to let youtube run while using other apps, able to lock the screen and have it still play) that I've been using for a year now.     If you use YouTube for this kind of playback I recommend you trying out SongTube instead, its also open source, has better support for audio, and its UI is also really slick, but it can't import subscriptions just yet, so you'll have to do that manually. Source: about 2 years ago
