The best alternative I can find *is* in YouTube Studio (https://studio.youtube.com/) by then going to Content (on the left), then selecting Playlists (along the top), but you can only display 50 at a time. Source: 8 months ago
The new 'feature' is a pain. If you want to change your Handle name go to studio.youtube.com Click on Customization and then Basic Info. Under the Handle line you can change the @ to something easier to read and remember, though a lot of good names are already taken. Good luck :). Source: almost 1 year ago

I've been using ShareX (https://getsharex.com/) for some years, which is also open-source, and very featureful while not feeling too bloated, though Windows only.
