Did you set up that Gmail account yourself, or is it attached to theirs? I set up my kids' email addresses so they would be able to register to play games like Minecraft, but they were under a family plan, so they are mine and I can search them if I find it necessary, including things like history. I force clients who want to talk to me to book a call. I use cal.com (free) and my Google Calendar (which its linked to) only allows calls on specific days/times. I have a few "Call Blocks" where they can book. That let's me do calls in a small section of my week, with ample downtime to recover the rest of the week.
