Yodeck connects to PowerBI directly from each Player, not from the backend. We do have many customers displaying PowerBI dashboard, and we are now building an even better integration. With the newer, online work management tools that have project management features (ClickUp, Monday.com, etc.), several have free versions and you have the ability to create a custom field that you can use for the assignee, ignoring the built-in field that requires a licensed user or guest.
