Other recommended plugins are All in one SEO and Rank Math SEO. I learned a lot online. I read the blog and articles at yoast.com. I installed the yoast app in my WordPress installation. Then I just wrote articles and optimize it for the keywords. Hi not much help on the transferring site but I personally export from LightRoom at 70% then use https://imagify.io/ to compress on the site and even my DSLR shots shrink rather nicely and still look great! Source: about 3 years ago
