However, I've seen a GoPro (and other camera devices) can stream to Instagram live through a combination of backdoor methods, but almost all I have seen involve a decoder like OBS and YellowDuck (routes the RMTP through your account), Which, unfortunately neither seem to have an android version or counterpart that I can find. If you ever do this again, have a couple layers of "D'oh!" proofing. Record locally if you can. If you can't then set up something like Open Streaming Platform. So that you stream to it, it records on it's server, and also redirects the stream to youtube. OSP can do all this out of the box and it's very good at it. Source: about 3 years ago
