In that kind of situation, I try to look at several usage examples (either using openrussian.org, translate.yandex.com or reverso) and try to see in which context the word is used. Then, instead of using the "generic" word, I write in anki a definition based on my understanding of the word. I made this post a few months ago regarding how the extension was just disabled on a site I had accessed. I checked trusted sites, and there was nothing there. Today, I went onto a site called doodle, I'm sure many of you have used it or heard of it, and the same thing happened. Ublockorigin was disabled. Again, this site is not present in my trusted sites.
