Yabai is a greedy window management solution that tries to fit opened applications in given space and skhd let's you easily jump between those using keyboard shortcuts. Personally, I'd always buy the parts and build it myself, but some people, old and young, are afraid of venturing into that, and the whole pack might be cheaper than what the buildmypc.net is showing.
