The forms are quite nice, they use a service through xtime.com that gave me real-time updates on the service and information about what they found; they gave me the normal carbon copy sheet as well. I can't say if the pdf I ripped the images from was generated directly through that service, though. Everytime I go and use the app and schedule maintainence, I get an email from the local dealership with my user name. The problem is I now have multiple user names. I'm not sure if all Hyundai dealerships use the same place (portal for mine is xtime.com). Source: over 1 year ago
Ideally, if we had access to the underlying infrastructure, we could probably install the Datadog Agent and configure it to send our logs directly to Datadog, or even use AWS Lambda functions or Azure Event Hub + Azure Functions in case we were facing some specific cloud scenarios. - Source: dev.to / 7 months ago

We're commonly doing this with logging, using services such as Loggly or DataDog. We're using managed databases, be it on AWS, Heroku or database-vendor-specific solutions.
