Use a scheduling app to find out when everyone will be free. We used Doodle for a while, but the creators kept changing/breaking it, so we've switched to xoyondo.com which is basically Doodle when Doodle was good. Source: over 1 year ago

Hadn't heard of crab.fit but that looks cool. There are some similarities for sure but it seems to take a very different approach which is not the one I would choose when it comes to finding an answer. i.e. I prefer to be able to choose from a list of options rather than having to mark all my availability for a given period.
