Xink VS Lyne.ai

I have had a few users this past week that reported that their autoreply is not working, I have now tested and it seems to be my whole office365 tenant that is affected, I have not made any changes, anyone have an idea what the culprit could be? I am using xink.io for signature managment, so their is a transport rule set for mails coming from mobilephones. Source: about 1 year ago

I own a video production company, and we are sending emails to prospective clients. I am wondering if it is possible for someone who is an expert in automation to help us personalize our email subject lines that we send. There are sites like lyne.ai which will do this for us, but they are expensive. Is it realistic to expect someone to set this up for us for a flat fee? Or is this something that would take months...
