Hmm. If you're on Mac maybe try xACT. My process is copy the AIFF files directly from the disc in Finder to my desktop and then drag those into the app in the encode tab with Apple Lossless checked for ALAC. Haven't had an issue since I've been doing it that way. Source: over 2 years ago
Most of the recordings are in Shorten (lossless) format. I use xACT for Mac, to convert them to Apple Lossless, to play them on my iPhone. For Windows Trader's Little Helper seems popular but I haven't tried it myself. Source: over 2 years ago

Tips: A few other pointers to make daily standups more productive include keeping your standup groups small so daily updates are agile, concise, and relevant to attendees -- ideally at a 9 person maximum, according to the Scrum Guide.
