Trello Reviews

  1. A Great Collaboration Tool, But There Are Better Options Out There

I have been using Trello for a couple of years now and I must say, it's a great tool for organising tasks and collaborating with team members. It's simple to use, has a nice interface, and the mobile apps are great for on-the-go productivity.

One of the best things about Trello is its flexibility. You can use it for almost any type of project, whether it's a personal to-do list or a complex team project. The ability to create multiple boards and add unlimited cards and lists makes it a great tool for keeping track of everything from the big picture to the minute details.

However, while Trello is a good tool, I don't think it's the best option out there. For one thing, the free version is quite limited in terms of features and functionality. You'll have to upgrade to a paid plan to get access to things like integrations, power-ups, and more. Additionally, I've found that Trello can be a bit slow at times, especially when you have a lot of boards and cards.

    🏁 Competitors: Asana
    👍 Pros:    Flexible|Easy to use|Mobile app
👎 Cons:    Expensive|Limited features on free plan|Little slow
  2. A really great tool for tracking team projects and set calendar reminders.

👍 Pros:    Great for collaboration|Easy to use|Lots of features
  3. Perfect to-do lists for team collaboration

I want to share my experience of using Trello. I like this product very much for its native UX and simplicity. My team of the Marketing department uses it daily for planning our tasks. You can quickly create, edit and move the cards with tasks. The best things are assigning tasks to team members, crossing the completed tasks, and viewing the progress that changes as you mark a task as done! Nice tool for to-do lists!

12 Best Event Management Software Apps in 2022
Trello is a fantastic tool for online event management because it helps your team collaborate effectively using boards, lists, and cards. An incredibly visual tool, Trello helps teams set up workflows and keep track of tasks. Since Trello syncs across devices, whenever a team member adjusts a card’s status, all of your devices will reflect the change, instantly updating you.
10 Best Software For Project Management in 2022
One of the most popular project management tools is Trello. It allows to organize work according to the Japanese kanban board methodology and is suitable for a small group of developers. The work desk consists of boards on which you can find lists of necessary tasks. There is a convenient system for the head of the department to monitor the execution of the plan. And yes,...
12 BEST Wrike Alternatives for Project Management in 2022
Trello is a tool designed to replace your team’s use of email and chat for task-based communication. It allows you to collaborate for the project from beginning to end.
14 Best Wrike Alternatives For Project Management In 2022
Trello’s interface is exclusively Kanban-style, whereas Wrike has several flexible projects views including Gantt, table view and board view. Wrike also has extensive functionalities that Trello doesn’t have, including time tracking, reporting, document management and issue management. Because of the minimal functionalities of Trello, we’d recommend this as one of our top...
8 Tools You Need For Working Remotely in 2022
Another convenient tool for fixing tasks, but already under the Kanban methodology. The developers have made simplicity and clarity an absolute, so the service may not be functional enough for complex projects. But the flow of tasks looks so minimalistic that even a child can understand it. Many people think Trello is outdated, but personally, I’m fine with it.

  • Identify which frontend NPM libraries are used on any website
I just realized I can use this to see who is ignoring GDPR as well. Scanning a few sites I know I see a lot of tracking scripts load up right away. When I scan something like I see good implementation of GDPR because the only thing loading is GTM / GA and trust arc as far as third-party libraries. - Source: Reddit / over 1 year ago

  • Looking for software
Hey you might want to start with something simple and easy on the team mates. Teamhood or Trello with kanban approach can be a good option, both offer hefty free plans. - Source: Reddit / 1 day ago
  • Systems for knowing details of team members work
Something as simple as kanban board can do magic here. Just make work visual and create a repeatable routine to checkin on progress daily or weekly (for starters). You could consider using a task management tool to help on that, for example Teamhood or Trello. - Source: Reddit / 2 days ago

J: Usually, when someone is vocal and loud, it’s pretty easy to measure whether or not people agree with them. And of course if it’s constructive feedback, it is so much easier to reach us. If it’s salty or toxic it can still reach us but it’s less likely. I would have to identify the issue, or the suggestion, or the feedback as useful if it is toxic. Because we get a lot [of feedback] and need to have some sort... - Source: Reddit / 4 days ago
