  At the end of Veritasium's latest YouTube video, he does an ad spot for Wren (wren.co). Wren is a "Benefit Corporation" (legal mission is both profit and positive impact) that aims to accept your money in exchange for doing something to offset your carbon footprint. It doesn't use Google Maps, but you just press the location on the map, click add, then it autosorts to give you an optimized itinerary (like yours does) and spits out the itinerary.
