Wren is a "Benefit Corporation" (legal mission is both profit and positive impact) that aims to accept your money in exchange for doing something to offset your carbon footprint. I ordered some items from Lowes.com and they were out of stock after I ordered so they fedexed me a refund card cause I paid with gift card. I immediately got back on lowes.com and to buy replacement item and refund card didn't work, so I called support for about an hour and they couldn't get refund card to work and told me it was likely locked to in-store use only. What you are describing is not and installation problem but is a problem with the product, i.e. Thickness of the material.
