I would suggest contacting GoDadd for help, but from what you've described sounds like WordPress itself maybe the issue. Could be installation issue like an insecure SQL connection or a vulnerability in a plugin / theme. Sounds like you've taken a good first action in cycling out passwords and logins, another step to take would be scan the site with a vulnerability scanner like https://wpsec.com/ and look into a... You can do challenges on https://root-me.org, https://www.hackthebox.com/, https://overthewire.org/wargames/, etc. You can participate in security competitions (CTFs), see https://ctftime.org for a list of upcoming events.
