It's really easy to track work, time, and projects. Thanks to the global hotkey in the MacOS app you can activate the app from any other app that I'm currently working on: IDE, browser, messenger.

3.The only way I've come across to document the amount of time spent is to use timesheets or time tracking softwares. Some examples of time tracking softwares are Toggl, Hubstaff, and Time Doctor.
