I have always used WordWeb (https://wordweb.info) and I’m yet to find something better (and simpler) either on desktop or mobile. It gives me pronunciations using sounds from commonly spoken words. Sound. Offline support. Multiple dictionaries. Multiple language combos if I want it. Sorry to hear this and good on you for posting and reaching out.. There has been some great advice already about counselling and journalling.
