There are a number of ways to go about building the frontend. You can use the built-in Gutenberg editor, or the classic editor, choose a theme from https://wordpress.org/themes/ , or write your own theme from scratch, or purchase page builders like Elementor, Breakdance, etc. (I personally do not recommend them).
