Scheduling a meeting shouldn’t require endless rounds of email tag just to find a time that works for all your stakeholders. (“Next month is a no-go, too. Should we try for 3 p.m. CT next year?”)
It’s hard enough to find work-life balance when you’re manually coordinating across time zones and merging details from your work and personal calendars.
You need a stress-free way to manage meetings across all your calendars.

I suggest using a hosted nextcloud from a privacy respecting company. I used the Swiss company Woelkli for a couple of years. Since you will not need a lot of file storage, you can use the free tier with 1 GB of storage. Then just configure Thunderbird and Android (via the app DavX5) to use the calendar url. You can set up multiple calendars (I have work, home, holiday). It also works for Tasks and Contacts. Source: over 1 year ago
The answers you have given are very good, anyway I have used for a long time Wolkli, if I have to choose the lesser evil then a server in Switzerland is better than a USA server, always regarding "non-self-hosted" clouds this project seems interesting: https://filen.io/ (does not use Nextcloud). Wölkli, an associated provider to NextCloud that offers 2Gb of free storage and a lot of features such as the support for calendar as you wish. They are based in Switzerland. Source: almost 3 years ago
I have good experience with Woelkli (Swiss) and The Good Cloud (Netherlands), both offer nothing but (free and paid) Nextcloud hosting. Source: almost 3 years ago
Use any free service that offers CalDAV sync (I use woelkli), set up your calendar on it, then use DAVx5 to sync it to your device and use any calendar app you want with it. Source: almost 3 years ago
We use https://tidycal.com/ because you get a lifetime deal when you buy it and you can sync your calendar with it, so if you or your partners are already booked, it will not allow someone to book during that timeslot. Source: over 1 year ago
