Just a quick follow-up here, nobody should use Windows XP in the wild anymore unless absolutely necessary. It's marked as end-of-life, so it will no longer receive security patches. It will become more and more of a Swiss cheese in terms of security. If Windows 10 is not an option but you are technically somewhat apt, I recommend to evaluate if a switch to Linux might serve you better. Source: about 4 years ago
