Despite what the page says, the file in question is actually a .img file, which won't be accepted by most programs out of the box. To convert it into a more usable .iso format, I would recommend using WinCDEmu for Windows, but other CD-related tools should be able to do the job as well. I downloaded Preinstalled ZIP folder (2.26GB) and used WinCDEmu (an open-source CD/DVD/BD emulator) to mount the file. This is because the games were originally released on CDs or DVDs. Sounds like a fake SD card? E.g. a 16 GB card that was modded to look like a 128 GB card. You should check the card on a PC. Copy some big files onto the card and compare the checksums (CRC32, MD5, ...) of the original files with the ones on the SD card with a tool like RapidCRC (https://ov2.eu/programs/rapidcrc-unicode).
