I think woo woo has more to offer than /r/rationalpsychonaut gives it the credit for. Not like crystal healing and spirits, but more like lucid dreaming and synaesthesia. I don’t think comments make a story more visible on HN, it’s not like https://tildes.net/ My belief actually is that visibility of posts is suppressed if they get, say, 20 comments and already have 50 votes.
