Tildes VS Jerboa for Lemmy

I think they'd rather have one community rather than multiple communities oriented around different subjects. I don’t think comments make a story more visible on HN, it’s not like https://tildes.net/ My belief actually is that visibility of posts is suppressed if they get, say, 20 comments and already have 50 votes. Lemmy is like Reddit and here because it has threaded comment discussions. The entire page is based on Lemmy (https://join-lemmy.org/). I disabled a ton of features and interface parts, as IMO the original lemmy interface is super noisy. Runs on bare-metal with docker-compose. For the facelift, just good old CSS :). - Source: Hacker News / 7 months ago
