   TeamViewer is a beginner-friendly, feature-rich remote desktop management tool that boasts exceptional security features, an intuitive user interface, and a great selection of extra screen sharing and conferencing tools.

   🏁 Competitors: Microsoft Teams, AnyDesk

   👍 Pros:    Beginner-friendly interface

   👎 Cons:    Could be expensive for some

Whenever you can, work with 1-2 people you trust, as coordinating meetings with fewer people is easier and it's less likely you'll have to deal with a terrible group member. • If any of you schedule games like this, you are the sole reason I want to rip my hair out every time I prep for sessions. I'm red (DM) player is black. You have no idea how bad these guys are at keeping a schedule straight.

• Is it wrong of me to expect communication from my players?

  Personally I have not used meetme.com before, but I do use when2meet.com quite often. It lets you select the days you want to look at (maybe giving them a 2 week range) and you each fill out what times on those days you are available. Then give them a deadline to have their info input, maybe 3 days as it shouldn't take more than 5 minutes. Source: about 3 years ago
