You could also try whatoplay.com - they take at least 3 critic reviews and the average over user ratings from steam, gog.com etc. And then generate an aggregate rating from that. However, niche games will suffer from that (but these could still be great games). Source: about 3 years ago

Vndb.org is a great source to find out what has, hasn't, or is in the process of being translated. In this case, it looks like there has been no fan translations into English. While the search feature takes some learning to use efficiently, there's a myriad of ways to find games with unofficial patches.
