Questions and Answers

As answered by people managing WhatLetter and React.

What's the story behind your product?

WhatLetter's answer

Growing up as an immigrant child, I often found myself in the role of a translator for my parents. From navigating complicated official documents to understanding everyday letters, I became their bridge to the world outside. I realized the weight of this responsibility and how many others faced the same challenges. With a mission to grant independence not only to immigrants and the elderly but to simplify the lives of many, I created this document translation app. Now, with the power of AI, anyone can seamlessly translate their documents and converse in their preferred language. It's not just about understanding a document, it's about reclaiming time and confidence.

How would you describe your primary audience?

WhatLetter's answer

Document translation for immigrant families and seniors to navigate paperwork without language barriers.
