The space I am more aware of is the data integration part of the process, and my team uses hotglue (though hotglue is built for developers) to collate the data into one place, do any transformations necessary (the transformations are done in Python in hotglue), and then send it to the tool we use (we recently switched from Databox to Whatagraph). I've tried tawk.to and created separate agent profiles for each dealer but I cannot find how to restrict access only to their listings so not everyone can join the others live chat as it happens atm. Has anyone tried something like this before to guide me ? Any suggestions? Source: 10 months ago

I'm currently using tawk.to to chat with my visitors, but I would rather use whatsapp as a chat mechanism. There are a lot of plugins for that, but I'm not sure which one would suit me best.
