  • What font is this?
Sure, there's WhatFontIs, WhatTheFont, Font Squirrel's Matcherator, there are the forums on dafont, or there's identifont, but I think that one relies on descriptions to identify fonts rather than using an image. Source: 5 months ago
  • whatfontis website detect uBO
Take this image if you don't have one > https://i.imgur.com/mOknL1F.png , Then go to whatfontis.com , upload the "text" image, then the next page will show the anti-addblocker. Source: 7 months ago
  • What should my process be for vectorizing logos that clients send me?
    - For font matching, I've found whatfontis.com to be more accurate than What The Font. If the font isn't free to download, on the font page you might be able to type in a custom preview, enlarge the font size to the max, then screenshot and bring into Illustrator -> Image Trace. It's far from perfect, but it can be accurate enough to pass if there are no other options. Source: 10 months ago
  • Font for cursive Wildcats / RGB or HEX for Lavender
Not sure on the font. I tried myfonts.com and whatfontis.com, which resulted in some similar fonts, but not an exact match. Source: 11 months ago
  • Bleed Out album cover font
I've identified fonts for a few albums/JD things in the past (like this — https://www.reddit.com/r/themountaingoats/comments/p3emi4/for_anyone_interested_in_the_typeface_used_on_the/ — and this — https://www.reddit.com/r/themountaingoats/comments/akqdwj/in_league_w_fonts/) and thought I had for Bleed Out but looking at my post history, I never did. And quickly looking at whatfontis.com and fontsquirrel.com, I... Source: over 1 year ago

  • Nix is a better Docker image builder than Docker's image builder
The font is a custom build of Iosevka, which is almost certainly inspired by the commercial font Pragmata Pro (https://fsd.it/shop/fonts/pragmatapro/). When Pragmata Pro was first released a little over 10 years ago, it sold for around $400 (I know this because I and many, many others bought a copy back then). As another commenter points out, you may have some rendering issue. Alternatively, you may just not like... - Source: Hacker News / 2 months ago

  • which Font do you use?
My absolute favorite is PragmataPro, it’s a condensed font. This allows you to fit more information horizontally, which super nice for small screen sizes, or vertical splits without making the font size small. Source: 5 months ago
  • I had no idea that one company basically owns every font
Not OP, but I like PragmataPro [0] by Fabrizio Schiavi and use it in my IDEs. I particularly appreciate his attention to glyphs in languages other than English. [0] https://fsd.it/shop/fonts/pragmatapro/. - Source: Hacker News / 9 months ago
  • PragmataPro Fraktur, possibly the only monospaced Fraktur, is now completed
[PragmataPro](https://fsd.it/shop/fonts/pragmatapro/) is a monospaced masterpiece all on its own, but with PragmataPro Fraktur, designer Fabrizio Schiavi is flexing where no one has ever flexed before. - Source: Hacker News / 11 months ago
