Under Options you can choose to hide all Microsoft extensions (which I'd recommend to start), and I would uncheck the 'Show 32-bit Shell Extensions' since it restricts it to only the 32-bit ones.   Some I use to adjust down to the second are BulkFileChanger (nirsoft.net) (often for correcting Video time stamps to align to pictures correct), GeoSetter (more for geotags but also for date corrections), and occasionally EXIF Date Changer (relliksoftware.com).
