   The software have been great. By far has the most customizable features of all its competitors

   We spent a long time looking for a product that could capture data online and offline, add logic and validation to the forms, empower our team to build their own questionnaires and also allow us to host the system in our own data center. We finally found form.com and the implementation was straight forwards and ongoing support has met our requirements as our userbase has grown.

• To Drupal or not to Drupal… I am against paid modules but for paid contributors and profitable organizations.

  Gorvernment sites are 0.01% from all of the sites. Mostly this should be targeted to companies. But anyway, that webform.com just shows how hard it is to market and get awareness, the product should look good also, that site looks so dated. I think the possibilities are pretty endless..in addition to surveys and forms for the companies, it also should have learning cababilities like quizzes, self assesments, tests...   A while back the previous maintainer of the Webform module launched http://webform.com/ and I think it ran into too much competition from other online form builders like JotForm and SurveyMonkey. I am also not sure what could or should be included in a Webform SaaS offering and excluded from the Drupal version. Source: about 3 years ago
