Google "best kitesurfing spots in the world" you'll get a ton of garbage by SEO-scumming sites that arbitrarily rank kitesurfing locations around the world based on...who knows? Check out https://weatherspark.com. You can view any city and see what the historic high/low/averages are, precipitation, etc. This can at least give you a range of what to expect. Once you're less than a week out, of course you can look at forecasts to adjust from there. Source: 6 months ago
The Dark Sky (now Apple Weather) acquisition somehow went worse than those IBM ones. That's nearly a week out, the weather in Florida is extremely bipolar. Until you are within ~2 days of the day you're looking to forecast, it probably won't be accurate, and even then it could change on a dime.
