Ok, that looks much more like simply another informational product sales funnel. I wouldn't expect a PR firm to setup (or lie about) affiliation with external company (https://we-connect.io/) and running generic ads from CafeMedia. Thanks to several different recruiters sending me emails to an address that I only use for GitHub commits, I have learned about Kendo, an app that scrapes your emails from various sources and makes them available to people looking at your LinkedIn profile.
