    a simple thought would be to download NS1 noise reduction plugin from waves.com for 20-30 bucks nowadays, and throw it on your guitar takes, it has literally one knob and it controls the background noise in takes, works wonders on vocals and guitars alike. Good luck! Source: about 3 years ago
