You know that Quicken comes from the same company as Quickbooks, right? Personally I would go back to a #2 and ledger paper before I give Intuit another nickel. Quicken For Small Business looks inexpensive at the moment, but it is also SaaS and they will still have you by the short hairs just like they do now. Take a look at waveapps.com . It's free for the basic accounting software. Source: about 1 year ago
You can dig for my other post if you want, short story is that I was tricked into upgrading from QB Desktop 2019 to 2022 because "2019 will stop working". Hello. On 29.09 I got a notification about a charge from my MasterCard. I waited 3 days to see what is charge about, and I saw it said pay.amazon.com amazon.de. I contacted and blocked my credit card immediately, because I was not aware of that transaction, nor did I get Photo TAN confirmation. Source: 9 months ago
Seems like every time there's a negative Stripe story on here, the inevitable question, "any alternatives?" gets asked. Hell, I was tempted to ask myself. Instead, I decided to search hn.algolia.com to see for myself what others have recommended in the past. Might as well share the list with y'all, make it meta. -- 2Checkout | https://www.2checkout.com Adyen | https://www.adyen.com Amazon Pay |... - Source: Hacker News / over 1 year ago

If you go to pay.amazon.com and log in as a shopper you can see all your Amazon Pay transactions. Hopefully your order is on there. There's a dropdown menu on each order where you can deal with issues such as order status, returns, etc. Source: about 2 years ago
