[Warpinator](https://github.com/linuxmint/warpinator) will do this. I've used it in the past and I just double checked if it will send android to android, which it does. There are packages for Windows and in F-Droid. It is developed by the Linux Mint team, so seems like a trusty source. But, always double check if you are confident in the publisher. 👍 I usually just use a cable connection or Bluetooth, but TeamViewer works great over a home WiFi phone connection (otherwise the data will get hit hard) - https://www.teamviewer.com/en/info/android-file-transfer-to-pc/ I also have SuperBeam, but I haven't had to us it in a while.
