waifu2x VS Framed Tweets

In an effort to restore them as much as I could, I used a combination of waifu2x ("Single-Image Super-Resolution for Anime-Style Art using Deep Convolutional Neural Networks"), Clip Studio Paint resize/cleanup tools, and manual cleanup done by hand. You can use stickermule.com and use the redraw feature on their site it is 19$ and this creates a SVG image and a png they send to u in maybe 2 hours that you can then use more easily. This has been super helpful for lots of things I do. Source: about 1 year ago
