  Well this was only done because we were promised access to games on the cloud. If they started a new line of products/hardware like the pixel watch and it fails, don't expect to get your $ back. This is a super rare case. It would be like vudu.com shutting down after you paid for 100 movies. I'd expect them to let me download my movies or transfer them to another live service.   ProRes and DNxHD/HR are essentially similar editing codecs. The OP can literally create ProRes clips using Shutter Encoder. If he needs to view the media on a PC, he can download MPC-HC here: https://mpc-hc.org/ I'm not even a Windows user and I see this question asked and answered by friends of mine regularly.
