Volt.fm is pretty good too (and free), but not as comprehensive and it's the same semi-inaccurate data that Spotify uses for stuff like Spotify Wrapped and such, but still a nice way to see who your top artists, tracks, genres, etc. are! Source: 10 months ago

I've seen a few posts about this but they're a few years old, and I wasn't sure if things may have changed. I know that data caps etc matter less these days with larger data plans. That said, I'd love some advice. The service I'm going for, transistor.fm, recommends MP3. They also recommend a max file size of 200MB. Both in mono, an MP3 version of my first episode is 38.5MB.
