    VitalPBX is a Unified Communications System that has everything we were looking for, from Call Center modules, call recording, easy to install in the cloud and the most impressive thing is the ease of configuring it and how stable it is.

    👍 Pros:    Easy to use|Modern interface|Latest technology|Complete call center module|Community version completely free|Call recording|Multi-tenant|Easy to install on your own server
    👎 Cons:    They do not offer a package with calling minutes|They do not offer the system in the cloud
