I researched maybe half-a-dozen of different sketching tools and for the "I am not really a designer, could I still stick tables and lists together" Visily happened to be one of the best and.. I am building https://github.com/claceio/clace and https://retool.com/, allow automation of operational tasks through a web interface while also allowing fully custom web apps. Clace also works great for running simple web apps locally.
