VirtualPostMail VS Hiver

I use virtualpostmail.com to receive all my physical mail in the USA. There might be a very rare instance where an institution would demand a residential address and you either ditch them or make sure you can have a separate mailing address on file and give them a family or past address as the residential (since any mail they send will go to your mailing address anyway). I have a PMB (I've tried https://virtualpostmail.com/ and https://earthclassmail.com/) and never receive any junk mail. They either scan your mail to PDF, or forward it to another address. I use virtualpostmail.com to get mail, you might consider getting a US P.O. Box. If you have an American accent and are a US citizen, aside from the time difference you could probably just say you're wherever the PO Box is. Source: over 2 years ago

Also I would highly advice to keep a US mail address, you would need that for bank and future social security disbursements. We got our US mail address through: virtualpostmail.com. It's 30$/month but we don't regret it. It came in quite handy for numerous purposes. Source: almost 3 years ago

You might want to check out Hiver. It's built on top of Gmail, it's really easy to set up and even easier to grasp. It has all the features that your team would need to run its support operations successfully. And its pretty cost-effective against Zendesk. Source: about 1 year ago

I'm thinking that all these other apps might be facilitated in Mattermost. Probably not the email client and inbox email sharing but perhaps there's an integration to another tool like front.com or hiverhq.com (gmail based) that would help take care of managing email too. Source: over 1 year ago
