This was the easiest collaborative video I’ve made to date. Normally I struggle (greatly) with whatever free software is out there but even the older generation had no issues getting their videos onto the platform. Their chat support went above and beyond answering about a million questions and the video turned out fantastic. Lots of options for music/theme/customization. My only suggestion at the time was to see a preview of the video.... and now they offer it!!!! Way to go VidDay!
I've used it a few time now and compared to the others I've tried it just works so much better for my invites to submit. The support staff looked after anyone that had questions and the turn around for the video was nearly instant!
I was extremely happy with our Vidday video. Customer support was very helpful and I was relieved there was not an app to download. We will treasure our video forever. Thank you, Vidday!
If you want to need to contact them weekly to do your video montage (which turns out awful compared to Athenascope clips), then go for it. I was a paying customer and quit. Their product is awful, and service is worse. I got cussed out by the owner / guy running Discord for asking for support 'when it was a holiday over there'. They are a poor, poor replacement for Athenascope.
Based on our record, Eklipse should be more popular than VidDay. It has been mentiond 6 times since March 2021. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
A nice souvenir for a teacher is a video montage of photos and short video messages of their students. A few websites — like vidday.com — make it easy to invite parents/students to upload pictures and videos, and with the click of a button, the video montage is put together and ready to share as a surprise with the teacher. I really do often streaming, 3-5 days a week. This is kind of therapeutic activty for me after long hours at work. I also do posting some of my clips into social media like tiktok and ig.
