Vercel is a full CI/CD platform, that provides infrastructure and whole more for your projects. It's expensive when you're bigger, but on my scale the price is great - 0$! Alternatively you can propose to your teacher about https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/vs/express/ . IMO editor is not a big factor when we are talking about high school learning.
