Once I got the basics down with duolingo and kept improving I added some vocabulary and spaced repetition programs - my favorite was clozemaster. Started with Duolingo before I got too committed to the language, confirmed I was interested and dedicated to daily learning and so got a textbook that had available audio (often found on youtube after some digging), and saw the most improvement when I joined a language site that had lessons. I use this site Compatibility site to check if a PC part is compatible with another. Just search for your motherboard from the top right and there is a compatibility tab, where you can select GPU and search for a particular one. If it comes up then it is compatible. Source: over 1 year ago
Https://pangoly.com/en/ is pretty good to determine which RAM to get and they link it to where you can get it, like pcpartpicker (select your country at the top). Just select the motherboard and under combability drop down, select memory. Make sure you have QVL filter on and select the right CPU family.
