If OTS does not fit the bill, try one of the many open-source e-commerce frameworks that already solved all the hard parts for you, and allow you to just build out the custom parts specific to your requirements. Another option is to take a framework that handles 80% of the stuff you need (customer/order/inventory managament, payments, shipping etc) but that gives you the flexibility to create whatever custom flows you need. It's the same SKU and its staples.com, what part is not policy? You have to price match it, you are going to have a lot of angry customers if you don't. Also as a customer, if I saw the prices in store and saw the price online I would never go into a store again. Source: about 1 year ago

My favorite question, "do all accounts use MFA?" That is a BROAD question, are they including facebook, staples.com? I mean that would be ALL accounts. Our response would be some variation of, the firewall login is MFA, the VPN login is MFA, the email accounts all have MFA.
